5. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
6. Return of Products
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- The goods were delivered defective or incorrect
- We have agreed to bear the return costs
- We failed to inform you that you must bear the return costs

7. Condition of Returned Products
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons
- Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Products that have been damaged due to your fault
9. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
10. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of refund, if the original payment was made in a different currency.

Standard shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect. If you choose an express delivery method, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
